1. Overview
We want you to love your purchase from Sirop Vintage LLC.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible to return your item under the conditions described below.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
3. How to Start a Return

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with:

A return shipping label, and

Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not send any items back without prior authorization, as they will not be accepted.

Please note: If you are returning goods from outside the United States, shipping times may be longer due to customs and transit delays.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sablexvintage@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are not eligible for return, including:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products (special orders, made-to-order items)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to:

Return the item you have, and

Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. European Union “Cooling-Off” Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days (updated to comply with EU Directive 2011/83/EU) without giving any reason.
To qualify:

The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase must be provided.
Refunds will be issued according to the same process described below.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
