1. Overview

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Returns Policy.

By placing an order through our Site, you confirm that you:

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time or limit quantities per order.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes where required by law.
Shipping, customs, or import duties may apply depending on your destination and will be calculated at checkout or upon delivery.

We accept secure payments via:

  • Major credit and debit cards,

  • PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and

  • Other options offered through Shopify Payments.

By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that sufficient funds are available.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction if fraud or misuse is suspected.

5. Order Acceptance and Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt.
This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Your order is accepted once it has been processed, shipped, and you have received a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to shipment for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability,

  • Inaccurate pricing or product information,

  • Payment authorization failure, or

  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

All delivery dates provided are estimates only.
Sirop Vintage LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Ownership and risk in the goods pass to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping address provided.

7. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by your country’s customs authority.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by you upon delivery.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We accept returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

9. Product Warranty and Authenticity

All items sold by Sirop Vintage LLC are guaranteed to be authentic.
Unless otherwise stated, products are sold “as is” without additional warranties, express or implied, beyond those required by law.

We do not guarantee that all items are new — some vintage or pre-loved pieces may show signs of wear consistent with age, which will be indicated in the product description.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sirop Vintage LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill,

  • Delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control.

In any case, our maximum liability for any product purchased shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, strikes, war, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or technical failures.

12. Governing Law

These Conditions of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
If you are based in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under your local laws, which are not affected by this agreement.

13. Dispute Resolution

If we are unable to resolve the issue amicably, disputes shall be handled according to applicable consumer protection or small claims procedures in your jurisdiction.
