配送ポリシー

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receiving your confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Please note that:

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods or sales, processing times may take slightly longer.

If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you by email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer domestic and international shipping through trusted carriers (such as USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Canada: 7–14 business days after dispatch

  • Europe: 7–21 business days after dispatch

  • Rest of the world: 10–25 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs clearance, or holidays.


3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Orders within the U.S. are shipped from Brooklyn, New York.
We provide tracking numbers for all domestic shipments once dispatched.
If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at sablexvintage@gmail.com and we’ll help resolve the issue with the carrier.


4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
International shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties or taxes (including VAT) applied once the shipment reaches your destination country.
Sirop Vintage LLC is not responsible for these charges—they are the customer’s responsibility.
Please check your country’s customs policies before placing your order.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number.
You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website or directly through your Shopify account (if applicable).

If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 business days, please reach out to sablexvintage@gmail.com.


6. Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Sirop Vintage LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with your neighbors or building management.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

  3. Notify us at sablexvintage@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to assist.

If a package is lost before delivery confirmation, we’ll open a case with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund once confirmed.


7. Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items

Pre-ordered or made-to-order items may have extended processing times.
Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly indicated on the product page.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the item is shipped.


8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — changes can only be made before the order ships.


9. Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to the following regions:

  • Countries under trade sanctions or embargoes

  • PO Boxes or military addresses (depending on carrier limitations)

If your address falls under one of these categories, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option or issue a refund.


10. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from customs, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs or may request a refund minus original shipping fees.
